The Bulldogs Original Five Nonprofit proudly stands as the only student-athlete group in University of Georgia history to create and commit to an endowment and scholarship program. This historic initiative reflects our dedication to giving back, honoring our legacy, and supporting the next generation of Bulldogs. Through our endowment and scholarships, we are creating lasting opportunities that foster academic excellence, leadership, and lifelong connection to the UGA community.

We are committed to strengthening University of Georgia programs that foster education, innovation, and cultural enrichment. UGA Lettermen Support
Honoring our legacy, we will actively support UGA Lettermen through scholarships, mentorship, and community engagement initiatives. This will ensure that former athletes remain connected to the university while contributing to the growth and success of current and future Bulldogs.

Since 1971, our journey through UGA athletics has shaped our commitment to leadership, mentorship, and community impact. Drawing from decades of experience both on and off the field, we have dedicated ourselves to supporting the Athens-Clarke County community, strengthening the UGA endowment and scholarship funds, and empowering student-athletes through the UGA Lettermen's Club.
Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for current and future Bulldogs-helpiong students succeed academically, athletically, and professionally while fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and service. By investing in education, mentorship programs, and student-athlete development initiatives, we aim to cultivate a stronger, more connected UGA community and leave a legacy that benefits both the University and the broader Athens area.
At UGA, our focus is on addressing the challenges that all students face while ensuring that underrepresented, underserved, and first-generation students have the resources, access, and support they need to thrive. That’s why we are proud to collaborate with the University of Georgia’s Center for Global and Cultural and Student Engagement (CSE), the UGA Mentor Program, and the UGA Football Lettermen’s Club.
Together, we are strengthening the heart of student connectivity by advancing leadership and development initiatives, sharing our personal and professional experiences, and serving as a bridge of support for those navigating systemic barriers. Through these partnerships, we are helping shape a more inclusive and empowered Bulldog community—one built on mentorship, opportunity, and lasting impact.
As college players, our focus wasn’t just on football or making it to the NFL—it was on earning our education and building a foundation for life after the game. That commitment helped us succeed in our careers after UGA, and it’s a lesson we want today’s students to carry with them: your future can be bigger than your circumstances. Through mentorship, education, and career preparation, we want UGA students and student-athletes to step confidently into the world beyond college, prepared to succeed and lead.
